No call-out fee on standard weekday jobs within our service area. Evening and weekend emergency rates are explained when you book.
Are you Gas Safe registered?
Yes. All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers. You can ask to see our ID and registration number on arrival.
How quickly can you come out?
For emergencies we aim for same-day where possible. Routine jobs are usually booked within a few days. Call us and we'll give you an honest timescale.
Do you provide free quotes?
Yes. For most jobs we can quote over the phone. Larger works like bathrooms may need a free site visit first.
